What is the best way to install my new equipid decals?
Remove any prior stickers and/or residue in the area where your new equipid decals will be installed. Clean the surface with a mild soap and water solution or degreaser that will not harm the material being applied to, removing any grease and/or debris. Be patient - Apply decal slowly working the surface from one side to the other to avoid air bubbles and wrinkles.  (For difficult surfaces, a hair dryer can be used to slightly heat the material.  CAREFUL, a little heat goes a long way!  Do not heat the decal too much, as the heat may ruin the decal and/or cause the adhesive to react and bubble.  DO NOT use a heat gun as the intense heat can cause damage.) Try and allow your decals to set up for 24 hours prior to use to ensure maximum bond/adhesion with the surface. Lastly, avoid throwing your helmet on the ground or beating the backstop with your bat when mad – it’s the quickest way to ruin your decals and it makes people look at you weird!

How many number digits and name characters can I use?
Due to space and printing limitations, we can only allow up to 2 number digits and 12 name characters – plus, if you’re name is more than 12 letters do you really think someone has a chance of reading and/or pronouncing it?

How does the order process work?
After completing your on-line order form, please take time to review your order confirming all “customized” fields. If everything is correct, proceed to “Check Out”. For convencience, we offer a login service that allows you to create an account with equipid for fast order processing. Choose your shipping options and enter your credit card information on our Secure SSL Server.

All sales are final.
equipid is not responsible for application errors.  Additionally, equipid will not take responsibility for any damage that might take place to the user’s equipment at any point during/after installation. All “customized” fields will be processed exactly as outlined in the on-line order form. Mistakes as a result of customer error resulting in a re-order will be processed at full price at the customer’s expense. How does the payment process work?

How long will it take to get my order?
Please be patient – this is a really cool product and we’re working as fast as we can.  Typical turn around time for your own equipid customized decal kit is approx. 10 days.
